"This morning's article was due 5 hours ago? Where is it?"

How many more of these scenarios can you come up with? Honestly, we could probably come up with hundreds if not thousands. These quotes are only a brief example of how stress and anxiety have made it into the home of each human being every day. It's how we handle that stress and anxiety that determines if we are going about it the right way. Are you sure you're handling your own? What does stress and anxiety mean exactly?

Stress simply put, is a physical, chemical or emotional issue that causes bodily or psychological tension. Anxiety is usually a painful or uneasy state of mind that usually occurs over an anticipated event.

Yes it does, but only if you don't handle it correctly. The way it hurts someone, is by causing stress-related illnesses. Stress and anxiety related illnesses could be any one of the following:

There are more answers to this question that one person could read in a week, but here's where you can begin. If perchance, you feel that you can handle the issues on your own without the help of a physician or medication, you have the following options:
